EcoMedia-Summer Academy course in sensing and interacting with the physical environment
A week of theory and practice for European teachers from 1.7. – 7.7.2018
in Kalamata, Peloponnisos, Greece.

Computational thinking:  a skill or competence as fundamental as numeracy and literacy. there are a number of issues and challenges for the integration of CT in the school curricula

EU Science Hub

You will be provided with the opportunity to interact on existing as well as new teaching practices
You will be acquainted with micro:bit and you you will learn how to integrate it in your teaching practices via relevant workshops
You will be familiarized with arduino and have the chance to deepen your knowledge on that through relevant workshops
You will be familiarized with Raspberry Pi and have the chance to deepen your knowledge on that through relevant workshops
You will be engaged in an in-depth activity in one or a combination of the above platforms of choice
Expert network speakers will address aspects of the aforementioned subjects
